Over (2015)

• Over is based on a true story and consists largely of 9 wide shots, in which we are presented with ambigous evidence which encourages us to as viewers to make up our own minds on what the previous events could have been. 

• Reverse narrative structure, builds tension 

• Threlfall- "I make the viewer be the detective" "I didnt want to tell it in a conventional way. the story was so sad and desperate it needed a different way telling...it's like shards and fragments, it was quite an intense way of making sure the viewer stayed with it. In the cinema I see viewers leaning forward, as if they wanted to go closer but can't.
