The Fly (2014)
The comedic, tense film The Fly follows a getaway driver in a car. The tension in the film is increased with the multiple cutaways and the editing pace, which increases throughout. There is only one line of dialogue, allowing the focus to be on the action Lots of diegetic sound used, eg. police siren, car horn, fly buzzing Lots of close ups, allowing facial expression to be seen. Hyperbolic, almost comedic turn of events- not implied by the title, which is vague and ambiguous.
